हैवानों को सजा टले नहीं

चार  हत्यारों का एनकाउंटर हुआ और चार अब अपने अंजाम पर जा रहे हैं पर पता नहीं कौन उनका हमदर्द  निकल  ए अभी तो कई दिन हैं अब  एक नर पिशाच को प्रदूषण  याद  आ रहा है।  प्रदूषण तो समाज मैं उस जैसे अनेक प्रतिदिन फैला रहे हैं।  प्रतिदिन अनेक लड़कियां  इस प्रकार  के हैवानों के द्वारा हिंसा अत्याचार  का शिकार होती हैं  जरा जरा सी बच्चियों को  जब ये जल्लाद निशाना बनाते हैं तब हर उस व्यक्ति के  लिए फासी नजर आती है मैंने एक अफगानिस्तान  की वीडियो देखी  बलात्कारी  का  सरे आम  मुख्य  चौराहे  पर सर धड से अलग कर दिया गया  उस शहर  के हर व्यक्ति को वहा मौजूद  रहना आवश्यक था जब तक अमानुषिक कार्य करने वालों के साथ अमानुषिक व्यवहार नहीं किया जायेगा तब तक न हैवानियत बंद होगी  न हिंसा हर  उस व्यक्ति को तुरंत सजा मिलनी चाहिए जो निश्चित रूप से पकड़ जाये  न मुक़दमे बजी न तारिख सीधे  सजा  वह भी मौत की  निर्भय दिशा उन्नाव  आदि केसों के अपराधी तो भूखे कुत्तों के सम्मने छोड़ दिए जाने चाहिए .
